Founder & CEO
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Letrisee Nycole Lawson, also known as, Mz.Nycole. I am a business administrator, registered nurse, retired military veteran, and CEO and President of Conglomerate Inc. which is nonprofit organization. I am an advocate for mental health awareness, veteran awareness, domestic violence awareness, and breast cancer awareness.
The list doesn't stop there. I am also founder of the Serenity Faith Foundation. I have 3 clothing brands, in addition to being an event coordinator, event host, a published poet and essay writer. I am a licensed cosmetologist and barber. I have minor experience in marketing, and I am a network specialist, and international medical technician/phlebotomist. I have an educational background in criminal justice and public relations/public service. To add, I have a resume of foundations and events that I have coordinated, structured, planned, organized, and funded by myself, without sponsors and donations.
Taelor Johnson

Taelor is a graduate from University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in psychology. Over the years she has gained experience in pageantry representing Miss Texas in the 2014 through 2016, National Youth Conference, Spoken Word as a winner and opening act for Lakeside Band 2016 Desoto BTS, along with basketball, volleyball, and debate.
She is also the creator behind the graphics and edits of the Conglomerate Inc Magazine. She is also curator, designer, and creator of the Conglomerate Inc website and podcast. In addition to her contributions to the team, she also serves as talent - being presented as a model and actress. She is also co-owner of the Jazsy Pastries LLC desert business. She is open for work as a talent, caterer, or editor/web design.
